i hav decided tht...as of sunday 13 march 2005...i shall ban myself from msn for one week as to not fail my common test when school reopens...haha...i m not realli gonna mug...jus need to pass...cant fail yar...after my crap ss results n my soon to be released crap lit n his...oms...today kinda sucked...i screwed up my bowling...haha...supposed to be leisure...i blame myself cus i told myself...cut ur damn nails...den i was like...dun care ah...n i hurt the corner of my 4th finger den cannot bowl properly...wad the crap man...n i missed a turkey but this little lah...last pin shake shake shake but nvr fall...the last tme i hit a turkey was sec 2...den my left eye estig inccrease by 75...nic tan....how many times must u be told not to study with one side of ur stupid head down...annoying...ponned chinese compo class again...oh yar...last nite i was doing QT den i realised tht if someone i kmew...the word is knew...read this...it would hav been like a punch in the face...i hope he reads it...jus a little extract...

bitterness comes in when one fails to appropriate the grace of God to overcome a disappointment or a hurtful experience. Hurts inevitably come; but taking offense is a choice. You can choose not to be offended and bitter.

to overcome bitterness...there r 3 things
-self-denial
You must be willing to forfeit the right to condemn or exact venegnece on those who disappoint you.
-forgiveness
Forgiveness involves both action n attitude.If you find it diffiuclt to forgive someone who has hurt you, try responding with kind actions. Give him a helping hand. Smile at him. Many times you will discover that right actions lead to right feelings.
-forgetting
We cannot truly forgive unless we forget.When someone says or does something against you, quickly go to God for holy forgetfulness. Holy forgetfulness is tremendous. It keeps our spirit free. Then we can look at that brother and not shudder at what he had said or done earlier.
